Microsoft Popfly is a set of free online visual tools for building web pages and mashups. Popfly space allows creators to rate, share, host and comment on creations from other users. Poplfly requires Microsoft Silverlight in order to use. It looks like something that will be very fun for people who want to create without learning to program.
