Is this legal?

Yes.  When you buy or sell an existing Microsoft Open License agreement, you are taking advantage of clause 6 in the agreement contract.  We use the process referenced in the contract to transfer the licenses from seller to buyer.  We already have all the forms and paperwork on hand.  The original owner of the license gains by obtaining compensation for licenses that would have gone unused otherwise, and the new owner benefits by saving a large amount of money over regular Open License prices.  Contact us today to make or save money!

What types of licenses can I buy/sell?

In order to guarantee license authenticity and protect our customers, we deal solely in volume license agreements, such as Microsoft Open License.

What types of organizations can buy/sell licenses?

We offer our services to business, education, charity and government users.  Of course, you must be a qualified organization to receive education charity and government licenses.

How much can I sell my licenses for?

The value of your licenses depends on several factors, including the products, versions and quantity of licenses in your agreement.  Naturally, some licenses are in more demand than others.  Request an appraisal of your licensing today!

What's the process?

1- Companies who want sell a Microsoft Open License agreement contact us.  These companies have downsized, no longer exist, or simply do not need the software any longer.

2 -We are contacted by organizations who want to save 20-50% off typical Open License prices.  We then match them with a license agreement that meets their needs.

3- 'Microsoft Sale' does the necessary paperwork and submits it to Microsoft.  The Microsoft volume license website is then updated to show the purchaser as the licensed owner.

How long does it take?

Once we have submitted the necessary paperwork to Microsoft, a typical transfer of licenses can take 7-14 days.
